Into Danger With The Adventurers

Today sees the publication of the second story in the exciting weekly serial, Into Danger with the Adventurers - Twelve Epic Lives of the Twentieth Century. This week’s story is Stranded on the Ice - Ernest Shackleton and the Endurance Expedition. With his ship crushed by ice in Antarctica and his crew stranded, Shackleton sets out in a small boat on a desperate voyage to get help and save his crew.

Today sees the launch of an exciting weekly serial, Into Danger with the Adventurers - Twelve Epic Lives of the Twentieth Century. These, nonfiction, stories will make ideal reading for children during lockdown and will be available for free on this website.

Each story will be divided into four parts:

1.         A situation of great peril with the outcome left on a knife-edge. (approx. 500 words)

2.         The life of the individual from their birth leading up to the situation in Part 1. (approx. 1,500 words)
